Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Winnerson Group ("Company", "we", "us") regarding your use of the Winnerson Plexus campus superapp ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

To use Winnerson Plexus, you must:

• Be affiliated with the David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences (DUFUHS) as a student, faculty member, staff, registered vendor, or authorized transport operator.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your login details with others.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.

Winnerson Plexus operates across four distinct user roles, each with specific permissions and obligations:

When you place a food order through Winnerson Plexus:

• Orders are binding once confirmed. You may not cancel an order after the restaurant has begun preparation.
• You agree to provide accurate delivery address and contact information to facilitate successful order fulfillment.
• Winnerson Plexus acts as a platform intermediary between customers and restaurant vendors — we do not prepare, cook, or deliver food directly.
• Food quality, preparation hygiene, and delivery timing are the responsibility of the respective restaurant owner.
• Menu prices are set by restaurant owners and may change. Prices displayed at the time of order are final.
• Custom notes left at checkout (e.g., "no pepper") are advisory and vendors will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them.

When you book a bus seat through Winnerson Plexus:

• Bookings are subject to seat availability at the time of transaction. A unique booking reference (e.g., WP-4839) is issued upon successful booking.
• A platform convenience fee (currently 10% of the ticket price) is added to each booking, displayed transparently before confirmation.
• You must present your booking reference to the assigned driver for boarding verification.
• Drivers are responsible for operating trips safely and on schedule. Winnerson Plexus does not control driver behavior or vehicle conditions.
• Refund requests for cancelled trips must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of the scheduled departure.

By registering as a restaurant owner or bus driver, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about your business, menu, vehicle, routes, and pricing.
• Maintain appropriate licenses, permits, and hygiene standards required by Nigerian law.
• Fulfill orders and trips in a timely, professional manner.
• Not engage in price gouging, fraudulent listings, or misrepresentation of services.
• Keep your menu availability status current to prevent accepting orders you cannot fulfill.
• Update trip statuses accurately to keep passengers informed.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

All payment processing and withdrawals on Winnerson Plexus are subject to the following conditions:

• Restaurant owners may request withdrawals of their available balance to a registered bank account at any time.
• "Available balance" is calculated as total revenue from completed orders minus previously withdrawn amounts.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by platform administrators and processed within 3–5 business days.
• Bank account details must be accurate and belong to the registered owner. Winnerson Group is not liable for payments sent to incorrectly provided bank information.
• Administrators reserve the right to cancel withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations. Cancelled withdrawals are automatically credited back to the restaurant's available balance.

You agree not to use Winnerson Plexus to:

• Create fake accounts, impersonate others, or misrepresent your affiliation with DUFUHS.
• Submit fraudulent orders, fake bookings, or manipulate ratings and reviews.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's APIs or data.
• Post offensive, illegal, or misleading content in menus, route descriptions, or any user-generated fields.
• Use the platform for any commercial activity not authorized under your registered role.

Winnerson Group reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other users.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

Winnerson Plexus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winnerson Group shall not be liable for:

• Food quality, preparation standards, or allergic reactions caused by restaurant vendors.
• Accidents, delays, or incidents occurring during bus trips arranged through the platform.
• Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from your use of Winnerson Plexus shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
