We typically respond within 1–2 business days. For urgent order issues, please include your order ID or booking reference (e.g., WP-4839) in your message.
Common Questions
Orders can be cancelled before the restaurant begins preparation. Once the status changes to "Preparing", the order is binding. Contact support with your order details if you have an urgent issue.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our admin team and typically processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an in-app notification when the status changes to "Completed".
If a trip is cancelled by the driver, please contact support immediately with your booking reference. We will coordinate a refund or rebooking depending on seat availability.
Download the Winnerson Plexus app, create an account with the "Restaurant Owner" role, and set up your restaurant profile. You can then add your menu, set opening hours, and start receiving orders.
Each account is assigned one primary role. However, Winnerson Plexus includes a built-in role switcher that allows you to access different service areas if your account permissions allow it. Contact support for multi-role account configurations.
